Delivery Information:

At AMP Models, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.
Within Ukraine, delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta https://novaposhta.ua and Ukrposhta https://www.ukrposhta.ua/ua companies according to their tariffs and, accordingly, their delivery terms. Delivery of international orders is also carried out by Ukrposhta and Novapost services (at the customer’s request to countries where Novapost has a representative office)
When ordering in the store, a fixed shipping cost is automatically indicated (for approximately 2-4 small sets). The cost of international shipments may be adjusted, both up and down, depending on the total weight of the order and the country of destination (an increase in cost is extremely unlikely). All these points are discussed in private communication when making a purchase.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@ampmodels.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process of returning the original item and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards and items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
